
A training schedule is designed for each individual or group at the beginning of each tour to take into account ability and goals.
This schedule is completely flexible and can be adjusted to include more or less of each discipline.

Alternative pricing for hotel stays:
Clients stay in hotel accommodation of their own choice and pay a daily coaching fee to Mark of €100 for up to 6hrs of coaching time. Minimum of 2 days. Hotel bookings and transfers can be arranged if needed.
