
Individual Training Programmes

MMT works closely with the athlete to produce a monthly schedule to help them maximise their performance. All athletes on the programme will be required to fill out a detailed questionnaire to ascertain their level of fitness, their long/short term goals and all training demons (such as time constraints, job commitments etc).
What are the benefits for an athlete of having an Individual Training Programme?
Better chances of improvement.
Specific targeting rather than a general "one size fits all" training programme.
The benefit of Mark's experience to enable the athlete to train better.
Athletes will receive the Individual Training Programme monthly and payment must be received only one month in advance of any programme. For cancellations of Individual Training Programmes, 1 month's notice must be given.
