    Arrival, hello's, evening meal and welcome brief.
    Sunday   
    Steady rolling ride of 60-80km (3-4hrs) or 100+km (5-6hrs), include a quick café stop if necessary.

    Steady run, 45mins.
    Monday   
    'Group working' practice, flat 40-60km (2-3hrs).

    Climbing technique, hilly ride 50km (2-3hrs) or hilly run, 1hr+.
    Tuesday   
    Steady hilly ride of 60-120km (3-5hrs).

    Run intervals, track 1.5hrs.
    Wednesday   
    Bike interval technique, 40-80km (2-4hrs).

    Seminars.
    Thursday   
    Easy flat ride of 50km (2hrs).

    Mountain time-trial, 6-10km (3hrs inc. warm up/down).
    Friday   
    Steady rolling ride of 60-80km (3-4hrs) or 100+km (5-6hrs).

    Steady run, 1hr.
    Saturday   
    Breakfast, debrief, goodbyes and departure.
