Physiological testing available when you visit us in France
Top Sports Physiologist (and lecturer) at the French National Altitude Training Centre at Font Romeu,
Sebastien Duc who also works with a top womens pro cycling squad is now offering an exclusive cycling physiological testing service for any of our clients that
wish to use the service. Sebastien - using a powertap static bike rig - will test your max and mean power output capabilities (and much more) using a range of

New Programmes, New Ideas
If 2008 hasn't arrived yet, our plans certainly have! We continue to offer One-to-One,
Made-to-measure and
Scheduled camps, and have a series of special
camps planned with special guests.
After making great use of the various open water swim venues in the area during 2007, we have decided to include "coached open water swimming"
on our 2008 Easter Camp. We have managed to persuade Mark Bruce of the British Olympic Development Squad to take some time away from his
punishing training schedule to be available for several swim sessions with us during the Easter Camp. Don't worry, we'll get him riding and
running with you too! Please note you can also swim in a 50m indoor pool.
Cyclosportives are becoming more popular than ever and
we are planning to ride all the local ones. We want you to be here to share the scenery, the challenge and the fun.
